Established in 1992, with the sole purpose to give farmers the right aid and mechanism to operate and optimize their profits. Rajaram Solvex Limited started their business in the Solvent Extraction of Oil Seeds and production of refined oil with the oil refining capacity of 125 TPD. Strategically located in the Sangli District of Maharashtra, the company has 3 state of art extraction units, which is well equipped and managed by the team of expert professionals. These units have a total capacity of 800 TPD and 300000 TPA. The plant is meticulously designed to optimize the process and produced best quality products sustainably. Each step of solvent extraction process undergoes a thorough quality check, right from selection of the seeds to flaking process, every step is monitored and all norms of safety and quality are adhered. Our extractors works on horizontal design moving bed principle with excellent percolation level to absorb moisture. Extraction process and preparation of raw material are two sides of the same coin and hence utmost care and importance is given to both process to achieve optimal quality product.

Our focus has been to be relevant in the market and cater to the challenging demands sustainably. The by-product of Solvent extraction process is de–oiled cakes, which are rich in proteins and primarily used as animal feed. We also produce Soybean edible oil, which is distributed under the brand name Rajdhara in retail outlets in the states of Maharashtra and MP currently. Our largest client for refined safflower oil is Marico.
